1. Calories
Figure out your maintenance calories then eat at a 10-25% deficit
2. Protein
Aim for 0.82 grams of protein per pound of goal bodyweight. Ex. If your goal weight is 135 lbs then eat 110 g of protein per day. If 180 lbs then eat 147 g
3. Carbs
Aim for at least 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein. Ex. In the example above, if your protein is 110 g per day then eat at least 220 g carbs. If 147 g then eat 294 g carbs
4. Fat
Fill the rest of your calories with fat. Ex. If your calories are 2000, your protein is 110 g and your carbs are 220 g, then your fat would be 75 g (680 calories/9 since there are 9 calories per gram of fat)
5. Resistance training
Aim for 3 days/week
6. Aerobic training
Aim for 2 days/week
7. Sleep
Aim for 7-9 hours/night
Do these and you can eat what you want every day and lose weight.
