Believe it or not, a study was conducted where 2 groups where given the same foods, only group A where told what they where eating was higher in calories and group B was told what they where eating was lower in calories. few months go past and group A Gaines weight and group B looses weight even tho they ate the same foods. In conclusion, your mind has more power over your body then you realize. It’s mind over matter, just like people who tell themselves there stressed and can’t sleep end up displaying signs of stress and sleep disorders even tho they are being exposed to the same environments as everyone else who sleeps fine.

My strategy is called the water test. Put any food in water, and wait for it to float to the top. That’s when you know you can eat it, because since it’s less dense than water it has less calories.

This is a new comment: if u add a little bit of physical activity each day, dont go to fast, youll feel much better, i like to run. be proud of what u achieve, not mad at what you didn't, you got this ♥ life is too short for depression to consume ur life, u might be viewing life in a negative way, u won’t find happiness by doing that, adopt a healthy habit. Surround yourself with new people if needed no use in being shy. I’m 15 about to be 16 and I’ve been eating unhealthy all my life
But when I get out of high school I plan to start doing better for myself and doing healthy things on a regular basis
My plan is to let my addiction eat at me for just a little bit longer
It’s only 2 more years until I’m out of high school
I’m gonna throw the unhealthy eating habits away and start my journey to become fit and heathy
