33 Minute Total Body Muscle Building Workout at Home - Ok, let's grab some dumbbells and build some muscle! We are hitting all of the muscles in the body and get that nice progressive overload by hitting 3 rounds of each! Having dumbbells is the easiest way to get an effective muscle building workout at home. Let's hit this and move daily!

Thank you Tracy. This is day one of getting back into my weights training. The weights were lightish but enough for me day one. I'm aiming for 3 a week mixed with pilates and yoga. I have a sit stand desk as well - game changer for sure 😊👍

I really like this one. Felt really tough at the end. I also have one sore hip that was so much better whilst on holiday and camping then boom back at my desk and it is sore again. Thanks for the suggestion. xx

This was another good one! Thank you! I had some bouts with tennis elbow too. I did PRP and shockwave therapy for it. What fixed me was strength training on my wrist cause it strengthens those tendons. Just some simple wrist flexes. And love my standing desk too! Has worked wonders for so many ailments!

Great short total muscle building the 2 excercises 3 rounds are a killer. I mostly used 15 lbs, 12 lbs and 10 lbs.
It was challenging and tough.
I’m glad I joined in.
