Hi Schellea, just wanted to stop by and thank you. Your videos are saving my life. I worked straight through covid as a security officer for a paper mill. I worked 12 hours a day 6 and 7 days a week. It lasted the past 2 and a half years. I went from 140 to 180 in that time. I was miserable. I started your videos 3 months ago. I don't know how many inches I've lost but I have lost 2 pants and shirt sizes. 2xl to an xl

Any time I look in the mirror and get depressed I pull out that 2xl t-shirt and look into the mirror side by side. Needless to say, I have one friend who has been there for me and still is.
