You're right I'm just on such a tight schedule with honors classes that it's I either eat and get a bad grade or I skip and get a decent one

This dude is speaking facts, I've been working out for a year im 14 and the second I started focusing on nutrition and not abs my gains went crazy. I've kept my abs too, yet I eat a shit tone just make sure you hit your protein. I went from 160-185 in a year at 5'11

It's really good advice unless you are short, an inactive person, shorter female etc. I'm a woman and I've been on a weightloss journey, I eat 1200 a day because I am not active other than daily workout. I am healthy and happy, what matters most is eating enough fiber, protein, vitamins, etc for me.

So do what works for you

I eat so much that my friends call me a fatty even though I’m 6ft and only 130 pounds

Edit: they don’t actually think I’m fat. They are just joking. I’m the skinniest in my friend group. We’re just a bunch of stupid teenagers

Edit 2: I eat plenty. 3 meals and 2-3 big snacks a day

I'm 300 lbs and it take 4, 500 calories to maintain my weight, so I should eat more? Got it! 👌 Thankyou 🙏

I can vouch for this, get your sleep and nutrition people. 💪I was estimated to be around 6, 3-6’5. I am now 6’1 at 17, i think mostly due to VERY poor sleep and eating habits.

Here my fitness pal app is telling me I need to eat 1, 400 calories, this is why I think people are so possibly overweight. You ruin your metabolism. I had a time in my life when I wasn't eating enough, and then the years after that when I started having a happy life, I gained a lot of weight when I started eating properly. I ruined my metabolism, and it took years of retraining my body so that I can eat properly

me then: 16, 6"5, 135 pounds. eating 1500 calories a day. no gym or exersize.

me now: 19, 6"5, 160 pounds, 3500 calories a day minimum. gym 5 days a week.

i really belive that if I can do it, anyone can. I still have about 20-30 more pounds till I hit my goal but I've made great progress I think.

I'm 5'6 weighing 100 pounds, not bad for a 18 year old.

Maybe put a disclaimer on this short for physically active teen’s only. I understand it’s a short and this may be your type of content but remember your shorts are discovered randomly to get subs boss. Good luck, wishing you success.

I used to maintain my weight on 1000 calories and then 1500 calories and now like 1700-2000 calories. Im 55kg female 16yo. And i used to eat basically half as much as now when i was 13 and like 49kg. (I was trying to lose weight but it just didnt work.) So idk because it seems like i can eat any amount of food and my weight stays in the same range and like i gained weight when i was eating less and sometimes losing weight when eating more so idk what the f is with that.
