My social anxiety is so bad, whenever I am In public I feel like a different person. My fight or flight kicks in and I can’t have a normal conversation, think straight, my heart rate spikes and i just panic. I’ve always had social anxiety but since Covid lockdown it just keeps getting worse and worse 😔

Good tip! Though sometimes I feel disconnected from the moment with the pressure to capture it. A good balance is needed :)

I had a friend in high school who did this. Had a lot of great times with him even though I had/have really bad social anxiety

Bro I hate having social anxiety I feel out of place everywhere everyday I wanna avoid people and no one gives me a chance anymore because I’m weird I can’t talk to more then like four people I over think everything and I think if I mess up everyone will laugh they will bully me they will be mean so I don’t wanna do stuff
