if yall see this and your 16 or under so you dont know why you feel like your dying, just know im slowly dying to and it will be over soon we just have to go through the pain and stay strong.

For me, the first two poses mostly just stretched my calves and hamstrings. But child's pose is also A+ for this. I would also try laying on your back, pulling your knees to your stomach and gently rocking side to side on your yoga mat. It's like a massage for your lower back feels like heaven when your having stomach pain

i have done the childs pose before without knowing its one of yoga poses. it really feels good when u got extreme dysmenorea

As soon as i did the first exercise, my pain was gone, thank you so much, guys just open your legs as wide as you can, the more the better, your pain will be gone fast after doing even the first exercise!

I did all of these stretches with a hot heat pack, and it made me feel a lot better

I always used to do the first posture without even started yoga. Now as a teacher I know that we all have done yoga even without knowing it.

I will recommend that don't do yoga during periods it make pain worse.. but on normal days if u start yoga for menstrual pain then from next time pain will slowly decrease
