Great workout ideas here! And you got this! I had lost my pullups and with consistent training I can do more than ever, maxing at 10! I'm 37 and have four kids. It's all about consistency, get those pullups girl? Even on days you feel weak, you'll surprise yourself at how many you can do, even if it's only 2 or 3, those are the days that count! Thank you for the fun video!

What are the complete line up of supplements do you take before and after workouts? What are your recommendations for women, most are marked for men and mess with hormones for women. What have you learned through the years of working out and taking supplements to gain muscles.

Question! I want to do your postpartum workout (induction date is in 4 weeks!!!) How many weeks PP do you recommend before starting? With my first I just did breathing and kegal exercises with light walking the first 6 weeks before I attempted any “real” workouts.

If you’re at the gym I think you’re at, the hamstring and leg extension machines are sometimes so hard to get 😭 I usually ask if I can work in but sometimes I get nervous and just do something else lol!
