We have to come to recognise that we are in a toxic relationship with smoking, pray, fast and trusting God.
It’s very hard to give up smoking, when your ready God with help you and go be for you.
I decided to cut down and was sure in my mind I was going to give up, I became very poorly for two weeks, put it this way I couldn’t get up for a cigarette.
I have still given up today, but still have to fight temptation.
But I have to say it is well worth it, my life is sooo much better and surprisingly so is my mental health.

My fasting will begin tonight, gonna start for 24 hours. Then see if I can push for 36 and so on. This is how I stopped smoking a few years ago. I did a 46 hour water fast, it enabled me to stop smoking. The few weeks Infront were tough, but i know what to expect

God bless you for your wise words, I’m working on quitting nicotine now after finally being able to quit cannabis. This one has been so much harder and I’ve been a lot weaker, trying and failing, then trying again. I actually started fasting a couple days a week hoping that will help me at least gain self control for set periods. But your video was to the point and motivated, me as did the comments.

God has been calling me to fast for a long time now for this very reason. Today I have started my 3 day liquid fast. Please pray with me also. God has told me I will be delivered!!! On Jesus name amen!!!

Yes I have been noticing that God wants me to give up smoking all together. I know it won’t be easy at first. Accountability is the first step with anything. Acknowledging the problem. Prayer does help you

Same with engery drinks. I used to drink 2 cans daily of 300mg (the most you can buy off the shelf) NOW... I was SET FREE!! Without a single leg twich or withdrawal! All GOD! I owe him my life!

Wow 🙏 I've been delivered from many addictions and the one thing I've had a hard time letting go of is vaping. I've been thinking on this a lot and I've thought about fasting for at least 3 days since it also takes 3 days for nicotine to leave the body. I think this is my sign right here that I need to fully commit to fasting to be delivered from vaping also.
