UPDATE : i stopped doing this as i felt insecure about my weight but now im back and i will start all over again!

I religiously followed her exercise. My father came suddenly. He’s still staring and gossiping with mum if I’m okay.

Edit: I haven't got so many like on any comments, photo on freakin ig post. Haha. Didn't know my papa could get so many likes❤️

Day2 {19.12.20}:✔
Day3 {20.12.20}:✔ (today when I woke up I felt a little bit firmness on the left side of my neck but it wasn't hard to do the exercises.)
Day4 {21.12.20}:✔ (today I felt the firmness o my neck during the exercise but it wasn't painful and I think I'm starting to see some progress)
Day5 {22.12.20}:✔ (today was very easy)
Day6 {23.12.20}:✔
Day7 {24.12.20}:✔ (I wasn't expecting the chewing exercise to work but -with the help of chewing gum throughout the day- it works actually.)
Day8 {25.12.20}:✔ (I've started to do the exercises with some soft background music and I also burn incense. This way I turned these exercises into a meditation session. I definitely recommend it)
Day9 {26.12.20}:✔ (CHEW GUM! It helps the process sooo much. But chew the ones with no-flavour. Otherwise, sugar can rot your teeth.)

Day13 {30.12.20}:✔ (I don't feel the slightest pain during the exercise anymore.)

One month is done! I've done both this and her "get rid of double chin" exercise video every day. These exercises really helped me to define my jawline and firm my neck. I 100% recommend this to you all. The key is NOT to give up! You have to do it every day without any exceptions. It only takes like 5-7 minutes to do when you memorise the exercises. I'll continue to do the exercises on my own. Hope my updates helped you. Love xx

I’ve now been doing this exercises for a month 2 times a day in the morning and at night, and I just wanted to mention that the results are incredible, I feel and genuinely look more confident and beautiful. My jawline is more defined then ever, and the exercises have actually impacted my smile, my smile is more symmetrical and more charming. I am truly blessed to have found this video

So i decided to try this out, my face is round, im starting to have a double chin and i dont have a jawline at all. I will keep track of progress so everyone knows if it works or not. Also i am typing this one day after the first day of trying this jawline exercise.
My progress:
Day 1: I did this exercise 3 times and IT ACTUALLY WORKED ALREADY! My sister said that a line is starting to form that iv'e never had and it's getting noticable already❤
Day 2: I did this 3 times and i think its still the same as yesterday. I do feel that my skin is getting tighter and that my double chin is getting reduced :)
Day 3: I did it 2 times because i went shopping all day and didn't seem to notice anything change that much
Day 4: I did this exercise 3 times and I felt my skin getting tighter again💖
Day 5: Did it 3 times. I didn't notice or feel any changes today tho. I do hope it will work :)
Day 6: Did it twice and now my not so noticeable double chin is completely gone🙌🏼
Day 7: Did it 3 times and my skin felt a lot tighter
I am doing this for seven days (a week)

In conclusion, IT WORKED💖

I have started doing these exercises since yesterday.
Day 1: No change
Day 2: No change
Day 3: Still No change but my neck is tightened a bit.
Day 4: No change.
Day 5: No change but my cheekbones are slightly visible.
I will keep on updating it.
