Imi u r great, I am 56, everyday I do your facial exercises and I am amazed how my nasobial folds jowls, marionette lines have vanished, my face tightened, within 15 days I am noticing results, my face tightened, wrinkles are no more, neck tightened.

Imi! You are all I need! I just found you today. I am 53 and I have Lupus (SLE). The disease and the medications have contributed to lymphatic and muscle issues--lots of inflammation--and a battle with aging. Your exercises help so much. I plan on doing the marionette/nasolabial fold and jowl video (both) at least 4 times per week!

I see a change the first day immediately upon completion of any video. If someone does not see a change perhaps it’s their attitude that needs the adjustment

Truly the face is open to suggestions 😂 and responds to this type of attention for greater blood flow. I’ve heard where there’s greater blood flow there is collagen production not to mention the release of lymph. I’ve tried some facial yoga and feel like it gives me wrinkles I didn’t have because of the contortions. I love how you address the muscles of the shoulders, neck and fascia on the scalp! I feel amazing after I do this and have added it to a playlist I can easily access to do this daily. Thank you so much. I already see a difference and feel so much better. I don’t realize how much tension is in my shoulders and neck which contributes to sag on the jawline! Thank you!!
