Facial exercise can make your face look young and eliminate a double chin, define your jawline and neck, without any chemical-based creams, injections or surgery.
The chin is surrounded by muscles just like the rest of your body. So it’s possible to exercise these muscles in the chin and neck to achieve a slimmer, more toned jawline, free from double chin. You should exercise your chin the same as any part of your body in the gym.

2:15 chin out, lip up, hold 5-7 seconds
3:05 O E exercise, each vowel ~3 seconds
3:50 Kiss the ceiling, hold 3-4 seconds
4:55 Tongue touch your nose, hold 3-4 seconds
5:35 Press tongue to hard palate, hum 3-4 s

Day 2 doing this. I’ve had a hoarse voice for 2 years. No doctors have been able to figure out why. Doing this has restored my voice to almost full capacity.

I did this with scepticism but it works. This video was fun and you must have a smashing sense of humour to be able to do a video like this? My face has definitely seen a difference and I've only done this a week!

I'm 27, however my weight placement isn't really ideal.
I'm 110 pounds with a double chin!
I've gotten enough comments about it and started doing these and they've helped so much! Thank you 😊 no more turkey neck teasing

I've had neck wrinkles since I was a kid. Teased as a teen. Self conscious as an adult in photos. I'm in my late 30s and these neck exercises do work. Better late than never. 🙂

1:30 push down on fists with jaw, open mouth 5 secs 3 sets
2:00 chin up exercise, bring chin out, push lower lip up
3:20 Os and Es
3:54 kiss the ceiling
4:50 touch nose with tongue
5:58 push tongue up against hard palette and hum
6:54 roll the tongue
7:30 scoop

I have chronic neck pain and tension. Woke up hurting pretty bad. Laying in bed doing this just now gave me a lot of relief.

These are wonderful exercises! I'm a pole dancer and my neck and jaw was super tight. I got compliments about it but when I had to take a couple years off I felt saggy and looked older. I've always looked about 15-20 years younger than my real age. So this week I started pole dancing again and going upside down and I swear to God my neck is tight again. Less than 5 days.
So I realized that I can also lay on my back on my yoga ball, let my head hang back and then super slowly try to lift my head up and then hold for 10 seconds. If you don't have a yoga ball you can lay on your back on your couch or bed and let your head hang off the edge , then slowly left your head about 1/2-1 inch and hold. To get the side muscles slowly turn your head left to right after holding.
