First example is still a good push-up to do. Like to switch up my hand placement. Just as long as you maintain good form

If I had any advice for you, the peoples, is that instead of thinking "pushing/pulling yourself up", try it the other way around, "push the ground and pull the bar down", it's a funny psychological thing, and it's weird but it somehow works out for me, I came out from doing none pull ups to a good 30 sec deadhang, it's not impressive, but it works out for me atleast, little steps.

If you have your elbows outside of your body that’s still a way to do push-ups it just works more your chest, but when your elbows are closer ti your body that works chest and triceps so the closer your elbows are to your body the less chest and more triceps your doing

If you want to target the chest you're not supposed to put the elbows like that. The chest activates by getting the elbows close to each other, so a 45° is best
