I gave up alcohol already. I was so terrified at first with the symptoms. But when the doctor diagnosed it's Erosive Gastritis, and told me as well that alcohol consumption making it worse, I decided right away to give it up. I stopped alcohol consumption for the sake of my health. Glory to God!

Thank you Dr. Going to start making changes in my diet, Itll be hard at first but i know my diet of spicy foods, Chile, and dairy, plus stress has contribued to my gastritis and reflux. I have had an endoscopy. God Bless you and thank you for taking the time to help and advise us on how to help our stomach issues and not just depend on medications.

GERD is my issue with small sliding HH, a cute gastritis. I’ve given up alcohol and processed foods....I’ve turned to low acidic foods! I’m very picky with food now! Thanks for your video it conforts me that there is hope for healing 🙏

Awesome info! I was recently diagnosed with this about a week ago. It does in fact appear to be stress related as the biopsy cane back negative for h pylori and I don’t drink. I’m going to try some natural remedies first.

1. No more smoked neckbones. I can get them raw and add paprika for that "smoked" flavor.
2. No more naproxen. Instead, the doctor who performed the EGD, advised me to increase my dicyclomine.

I had stopped alcohol and i had stopped tobacco, really i got stress my symptoms are vomit although I smoke 3 packets daily . But after seeing your video I will lessen my smoking habits.. Thank you 🙏
