Hey, TC. Thanks for this video, among others! I had my gallbladder removed about 12 years ago and, like so many others, was never told about side effects or post-op care. I have had gastritis with no meaningful help from the medical community aside from directions to take acid-blockers. How shallow their knowledge base was. I stumbled upon a vlog on Youtube of a young girl suffering from chronic gastritis and she was able to stop her symptoms by reading a book by Jonathan Wright, MD "Why Stomach Acid Is Good for You: Natural Relief from Heartburn, Indigestion, Reflux and GERD" published in 2002, I believe. I highly suggest this book as it is a true education in gastric systems and health. He has thoroughly researched what you are suggesting here in your video.

Wow, I’ve watched three of your videos in the past 24 hours and learned more than I have in ten years from anyone else. You are the smartest person around when it comes to this subject. May I ask how or where you acquired your knowledge since you’re “not a doctor?” 🙏🏼

I am a bit overwhelmed, but watching your videos and reading your book ( I ordered a real book as well). Got a son who has beat alcohol and other issues, but is now trying to beat chewing tobacco. He has allergies as well and since growing up has not eaten anything healthy. This chewing tobacco I believe is REALLY causing his stomach to be super irritated. He wretches, vomits, gags, and it is horrifying to hear and witnesses - every morning. He can't eat much. Had an MRI an gall bladder is fine. I am making celery juice, got the mastic gum today, limonene. Got the Beet flow and he is really trying to give that chew up. Anyhow, I really appreciate the way you make me laugh in the midst of all this serious stuff!!

Over the years I have managed to learn many of the things you cover, however the things you cover and how you cover them is a refreshing change, for that reason I have bought your book as a way of a thank you.

Thank you! Been using cabbage juice a few weeks and it's getting better. Also taking additional steps. I think you are really into something here. Won't post my whole story, but going to complete the digestion course and keep improving. Hopefully we can have a conversation one day. I still have gastritis but my life is changing. Long term PPIs fucked up my digestion big time, but the body really is amazing. ACV and HCL can help a lot. One thing you might say more often as you say in this video is that many people might need to let their mucus heal abit before acidifying too much.

Dr. Peter D’Adamo thinks low stomach acid causes gastritis especially for boood type Os. I even heard that carbohydrate maldigestion that ferments causes gastritis.

This was a great video and helped me understand my gastritis better, it's been a problem for me ever since I had a H Plyori infection in October 21, where doctor's prescribed me very strong antibiotics 3 times! I've never been the same since, I've always just felt run down since taking those and having the infection. I have had a serious amount of stress, upset and anxiety, for 5 years leading up to it, which is still ongoing, so this information helps me get an idea of it better and what could be going on/how to help it. Thanks mate for what you do, your videos are great 👍

I can tell that cabbage juice does work.It is not spicy. You dont need a lot. half a cup of water to maybe a handful of shredded cabbage.

What do you think about the theory that a B1 deficiency causes the enteric nervous system to shut down, reducing stomach acid, reducing bile flow, reducing intestinal motility, and weakening the sphincters? It kind of makes sense. They suggest high dose Thiamine (B1).
