Do not procrastinate, it takes longer than you think to do things right.
According to Forbes Advisor, sellers consistently regret not starting the preparation process earlier. If you’re planning to list within the next 6 months, it’s time to contact your agent within the next 30-60 days.

Many sellers ignore this critical piece. This is the first thing a buyers sees! Doing a few things to the exterior can really set your home apart from the competition.
