Don’t ever apologize for making a long video . I would rather get all the information than cut it short. Those who think it is long they can always turn it off. Thank you for your time and info. Keep the good work on helping us with diabetes!

So it's fine that I take my Mounjaro in the mornings thanks. I was hospitalized back in October diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. At the time of being hospitalized my blood sugar was almost 500. As of today my blood sugar has been consistently in the 85 to 110 range for the past 4 months. I just want to share with other visitors the only changes I have made to my diet. I know it might not work for everyone but some people may benefit from my changes. The first change I did was stopped drinking Soda. My drinks of choice now are 1 cup of Chocolate Milk a day and Gatorade Zero the rest of the day. The second thing I did was stop eating TV dinners. My third change was I started walking on a treadmill twice a day (started out at 30 minutes each session then progressed to 1 hour each session). The final change I made was to stop stressing out over stuff I can't control. My A1c started out over 11 last check up it was a 5.7. Hope my list is helpful to some others good luck everyone.

I prefer Trulicity dose Saturday evening before bed. I also take out of refrigerator and sit at room temperature for about 30 mins to an hour before injection.

I’m new doing this. Took my 2nd shot tirzepitide compound. Oh them 12-18 hours after my shots I’m nauseated! Yuck. It feels like similar to morning sickness waves and small headache. But right away my morning blood sugars are in the 80s and 90s! So I’m thrilled. No more over 100 since I started. No more anxiety attacks. Like right away. I sometimes have to make myself eat especially the couple days afterwards since not much of an appetite. But the exhaustion is beyond real. I’m so exhausted and kinda having sleep issues the 1st week. I hope this gets better then next few weeks cuz I can’t hang really tbh. I’ve nvr been in a prescription actual drug before either so it’s been rough for me. Pray for me

The thing with any of these meds is for your doctor to monitor your kidneys, thyroid, and various factors. I been on Trulicity for almost a year. It works well with lowering my blood sugar, decreasing cravings, and weight loss. I also take several vitamins

Ozempic: Be wary of the days following the transition from 0.25 to 0.5 mg or 1 to 2 mg.
About 48 hours after the first day (Friday night) of increased dosage I had G.I. problems severe enough to almost needing a day off of work.
Make sure you have 2 to 3 days off from any important project or work before raising the Ozempic dosage!

My daughter found someone taking Mounjaro who suggested taking it a night, which she suggested would help get through some of the nausea. I like the idea of taking them on a weekend.

I’m pre diabetic for 13 years now, taking Metformin.Last month I asked my doctor if I can switch to Ozempic so I can lose weight as well. I started at 0.25 mg, my question is when will I increase the dosage? I know I can ask my doctor this week but I want to hear from you too. Thank you for your service!
