Today we're going to talk about the best times to eat to lose weight. The technique we are using is a technique called intermittent fasting. With intermittent fasting, you're going for a longer period of time without eating. 

Doing intermittent fasting could help fix insulin resistance. Insulin resistance is a condition where your insulin is too high, and it's not working too well. In the presence of insulin, you can't lose weight. 

You don't need to worry about losing your muscle. Intermittent fasting actually helps protect proteins and muscle. 

The goal is to only eat two meals a day. However, many may need to start with three meals a day and gradually transition to two meals a day. It can take time to get to two meals a day. 

The best time to eat is 11:30 am and then at 5:00 pm in the evening. If you can't do this, you could eat at 4:30 pm. 

When you eat at 11:30, you should try to be very satisfied—don't just eat a little bit. Have protein, greens, and healthy fat with each meal. If you add more fat with the meal, you will be able to fast for longer. The same goes for your meal at 5:00 pm. 

What's happening is when you're eating, you're burning off the calories from eating, and when you're not eating, you're burning fat. This could help you feel much more healthy and even help fix certain health problems connected to insulin resistance. This is the fastest way and even the easiest way to lose belly fat.

Berg explains things like my favourite high school teacher. I have lost nearly a 100 lb and it was not hard really. I didn't buy any products of Bergs but I have been taking his advice for over a year.
I clicked on a random vid and now here I am looking and feeling better at 180

I eat at 12pm and 5 or 6pm no sugar at all. The back ache is gone. The excess appetite for anything i see is gone.

My grandparents have always had their meals twice a day and they had at 11:00 am meal, and one more before 6 pm in the evening ... In rural India, this is still followed by older generation, very happy to see this video

When I first started watching your videos last year I was struggling right at 300. I would drop to about 295 but I always bounced back. I started incorporating your principles a little slow because it was a hard start. I have been doing better. I am down to 278 and hopefully continuing to go down. I have a long way to go. Your videos helped me see that following the steps from my doctor was not the way. When I first started with fighting diabetes I was about 375. I lost my first bit of weight by almost killing myself with exercise. I was stuck at the 295 plateau for a couple of years now. I finally feel like I am starting to get control. Thanks for the great videos.

I swear people this man is the only one that helped me with loosing weight!! I just randomly watch a video of him with the vinegar and cranberry and lemon juice and then following the 3 meals not ready for the 2 yet lol and for the first time in my life I started loosing weight fast .. I lost in a month with no exercise at all 16 pounds!! This man is 💯 real stuff thank you sir for your help !

What I understood from your videos changed my life. Dropped 30 pounds in 60 days while eating 3 meals a days without snacks. Daily I eat bacon, organic eggs, avocados, onions, garlic, butter from grass fed cows, broccoli, spinach, bell pepper, fermented cabbage and lemons.
I drink tea or coffee every day and also put apple cider vinegar in my water.
Every other day I have a Apple or a banana.

I started intermittent fasting on Nov 30 and jumped right into two meals a day because I don't eat breakfast. I did cut some down on a lot of things like carbs, soda, and sugar, while increasing my water intake. I also changed how late in the evening I eat as well. On Dec 11 I weighed in 10 pounds lighter. Honestly, I didn't thiink it was working until I saw the scale. This has been a life changing experience.

I just want to say I have been doing this for about 2 months and wow what a difference!! I didn't see this till today but I've been low carb no sugar with intermittent fasting and been feeling great!! Bp down cholesterol down.. I feel great!! Give it a try..

Dr Berg is like the only Youtube doc i listen to. i tried intermittant fasting for 5 days with fasting 22 hrs then 2 hr window to eat then repeat, with ACV potassium and plenty of fluids, and burning 750 cals on xtrainer every other day, ive lost like 3/4 of a stone in 5 days. its amazing. i think we all eat too much, we only need one meal a day two tops. i feel great not fatigued or anything. love his vids
