This follow along 30 minute Barbell Workout has 3 sections and finishes with a great barbell complex that you can do at home. All the barbell exercises within this workout come with technique tips for optimal results.

This fully body no rack barbell workout can be done at home with a moderate to light weight barbell in a relatively small space.

5min AMRAP Barbell Complex
5 Deadlift
5 Hang Clean
5 Push Press
5 Front Squat

I used the barbell alone “40lbs” for dead lifts and bench press. A “25lb“ kettle ball for clean and press, a 20lb medicine ball for shoulder presses, 2 -15lbs for bicep curls and lunges and a 20lb sand bag for the last 5 minute set - Good workout-

Oh god i did this workout after 3 days break & I'm dead I did first three rounds with 24 kg weights and other three rounds with 18 kgs thank you Tom for this crazy workout 🥵

Did this twice this week. I had to scaled the weight down on my second session. From 30lb barbell to 25lb barbell. For me it’s Very effective and efficient workout. Enjoyed the voice over. Great Job!

Been out for to long with bad back surgery. First day back think I chose the wrong workout. What an ass kicker @TomPetoTraining loved it just what I needed

Thanks for this workout! I’ve been so unmotivated and this kept me going. I only did 10.5kg for the first and last sections and then 8kg for the second. I got three rounds in for the last one and I’m sweating like a pig!
