1, sleep 2 nutrients, including macronutrients and micronutrients. 3, Movement.both resistance training and cardiovascular exercise . 4, Sun light in the early day, and minimise artificial light in the evening. 5. Social connection or Relationships. every 24 hours you need to invest something into each of these categories. these are the foundation before you talk about anything else.

10k steps every day, getting sunlight everyday, workout 3-4 times a week, protein based food (minimally processed food), Zinc, Magnesium, Omega 3, Tongkat Ali, Fadogia Agrestis, Boron and of course high quality sllep everyday changed my life totally

I love how Huberman referenced Goggins, as a verb, which seems to be the norm these days. Apparently he is the bar against which movement is now measured! 😂
