Can you PLEASE help me with my hip? Docs say I’m bone on bone in my right hip and need replacement but I KNOW there’s got to be a better way! I used to be a trainer and the pain of this has robbed me of so much life! 🙏🙏🙏

So happy to have discovered you. I tore my right Achilles and my left knee took the toll while compensating for the injured leg. I lasted 2 yrs with a boot which created a lot of unbalance in my body. I'm now in my mid 30s with a green light to exercise and I'm realizing that I have to get to know myself all over again because my body has changed significantly. I have all the patience in the world and am convinced that I can recover with discipline and proper technique, I'm healthy and so tired of all doctors going straight to surgery instead of discussing all the non invasive alternatives. Grateful for the internet and the professionals who take the time to improve our lives. Thank you, you've got a new follower and supporter 🎉

I’ve found that pre-exhausting/training my quads, adductors & hamstrings right before I do ATG squats strengthens my legs tremendously and got rid of knee problems!

That man's improvement is due to sir! Without you his knees and my knees would be out. Thank you for your passion on helping and educating others. I promise you. Once I included ATG reverse walks, knee flossing and knee flexion s with wedges under my feet, I no longer limp. I know my knees are not 100 % but TRUST ME MY KNEES ARE BETTER BWCAUSE OF THIS MAN. I (26M) was recently diagnosed with a mostly (90%) torn ACL, which happened 1 month ago. The Ortho’s are telling me to do PT and prep for inevitable surgery. I have been watching your ATG training videos and trying your program…but some of these workouts seem too intense for me right now. Is there any hope for recovery using exercise and PT alone or is surgery actually inevitable? 🙏

Since discovering Ben and his array of exercises... I managed to incorporate them and let me say sincerely the quality of my life has improved significantly. I'm lifting heavier weight now than I ever did in my younger days. Stay consistent, and the rewards are awesome. 🙏💪👍👊❤️💯😎

4 months ago I couldn't run without knee pain. Today I just competed a 30k run. The split squats have become one of my favorite exercises

I used to have bad knee pain and was limited to what leg exercises I could do. Then I watched Will Tennyson's colab with kneesovertoesguy and started doing just the sled pulls. My knee pain is completely gone and I'm able to fully squat ass to grass as well as running and jumping.

I have cartilage damage in both of my knees after major knee surgeries. With the ATG Knee over toe program, does help to just push through the pain of some of these movements for the result or is it not meant for me? I hear great things and I just want to improve my knee health because it has become a huge burden.
