This is changing my life! THANK YOU! I wish I had of known this at 18, but I still love it at 49. I KNEW I wasn't eating enough to be this fat and pregnant looking. My stomach is flat now. I love doing this. I'm doing it everyday, twice a day and I can actually see my abs again....after a very long time of being bloated from perimenopause. This has been magic for me. I usually only poop in the morning, but last night just before bed, I had a big poop and I slept all night so soundly. I'm here doing it again now before I eat and then I'll do it again before bed.
