This is 16 meals + snacks prepped in just over an hour for a full work week!
I’m showing you an easy high-protein weight-loss meal prep plan based on how I lost more than 40 lbs! You can either prep 4 or 5 days of fully prepped meals, and it’s very customizable! I’ll show you how to customize this plan to get anywhere from 1200 to 1800 calories per day. You’ll also be getting about 91g protein per day (almost 100g).
These are very simple recipes, but there’s still a lot of flavor - everything is gluten- and dairy-free, and there’s vegan options.

Just did this full meal prep. I prepped without any changes and it took me only about an hour. It all tastes really good, and I feel like my week is going to be great. I am down 16 lbs since Oct. 31st following your preps, recipes and point system. Now that my nutrition is under control, I have less joint pain and can start exercising. Thank you, Leizl!

I know you put a lot of work into these videos by the time you calculate the nutrition, shop for groceries, cook, film, edit, etc. You do a great job and these are so helpful!

For the corn starch, it's easiest if you make a slurry. All you have to do is put a tiny bit of water in a glass with the corn starch, stir and then pour into your mixture. No need to shake :)

Omg hi, years ago I watched your Videos to get inspiration for healthy meals to loose Weight. I couldn’t so I decided to have a surgery ( gastric sleeve ) I was 106 kilograms 9 Months ago today I’m 60kg and so happy. I absolutely love these videos so please don't stop doing them. However the only kind of meal prep that works for me is a batch of a meal like a chicken and veggie stew which I freeze and unfreeze as needed and some muffins sitting in the fridge is also really useful. Your chicken and corn dish is good frozen and a batch of protein muffins is always handy. We just don't like meals sitting around in the fridge for days as we may not feel like them and they never taste quite right by day 3 or 4.

I didn't see where you had a bake time for the breakfast. I live in the states and 35 minutes seemed to be enough. It could have maybe gone for a little longer and been okay. With my ingredients not being dairy free, my macros where: cal- 555, protein- 16, carbs- 85, fiber- 10, fat- 20, sugar- 44. It was delicious!

Just made the sweet and sour chicken. It’s amazing, y’all. Highly recommend. The only thing I did different was sprinkle five spice powder on to the veggies when they were sautéing. Thanks for sharing Liezl!
