Ezra didn't answer a single direct question. I thought he was good faith in the beginning, but he just projects his faults onto Sam. He never addresses the fact that his type of journalism is negatively affecting the ability of scientists to dispassionately look at the data, which is Sam's entire point. Plus, Ezra's passive aggression is so infuriating!

Ezra is a dangerous mind. Incredibly intelligent, but extremely deceptive and manipulative. He's able to gaslight with relative ease.
