Day 7. I feel like I shouldn’t have rested. Hahaha. It’s the hardest my heart ever beat. I wanted to give up by the second round but I pushed through to the 5 rounds. Felt really good afterward.

Day 1 was Great!!!
Matt I’m a Hockey Coach and was a stunt performer for years and now slowing down.
I’m super pumped with torn hammys and rotator cuffs to learn something less long term In the gym thank You!!!

I'm 57 years old, 210. This was great. I did push-ups on a slippery floor with socks and brought my feet up to a downward dog on each up. That really works the core!

Just lost 12 kg and hit a bit of a plateau so im throwing this in to try out.

Im a heavy guy at 114kg now down from 126kg. Last year i lost some weight aswell. I was up at 137 at one point.

But anyway, here it goes Day 1.💪🏻

Mother of 2 kids, haven't exercised in a damn long time after my 2nd kid (he's almost 4 years old now) ... but thank you for this! DAY 1 DONE :)

Just found this so day #1 🎉
I had a back injury that has left me in a wheelchair since 2017.
I have gained a mass amount of weight on the morbidly obese side do to little to no function in my lower extremities but I did the best I could for day # 1 hope to be able to do day #2
