After nearly two months away from my daily practice, back on the mat, this morning, to do this class. The music was perfection! The volume was bit louder (yeah!) than you tend to do which I loved. Just wanted the session and holds to be much longer so I could sink deep in each pose and just stay there. Added my own slow Yin for a total of just over an hour. Thanks! 😊

I needed much a relaxing class today (sudents get nuts when Xmas is coming😜). As my body genuinely needed a lot of TLC, I used my beloved bolster (can't be thankful enough to you for this purchase !), especially in sleeping swan, and it's a premiere😀 I placed it horizontally, and put my forearms and head on it. Very comforting !
