I have slow metabolism and hypothyroidism withe the strict Viki egg diet I loose 0.5kg per day but watching this girl eat so much more and loosing even more than me, goes to show not everyone's metabolism is going to react the same, keep trying diets till you find the one that works for you and keep yourself busy. How is this a diet that gets you lose nearly 10kg? Im confused and can’t believe it one bit. It’s fine eating eggs, but instant noodles and rice? And dinner? For me it’s a diet that’ll get me gain weight, unless I’m already under a strenous workout routine.

Try this diet Intermitent Fasting for example 12noon you start eat until 6pm eat all you can but 7pm until 11am dont eat that is intermitent fasting and your drink water cofee free sugar and tea while you fasting

Fastest way too lose weight is eating just boiled eggs. But what I don't like is that you always put back those kilos. If you want to lose weight but not restraining too much, just count how many calories you are taking right now and take about 500 calories less than that.

Weight loss is all about portion control. It can't stop you from eating anything just to control the quantity u take and take u eat them.

there's no way you lost 11 kg in 3 days even if you have a fast metabolism while eating disorderly. unless you did 4H of sport each day burning approximately 9000+ kcal...

I did this so many times because i hated my body so much . I lost 3kg in 4 days. I was so happy .. but after that when I started eating like before I gained 8kg . If you do that you will see difference but you will regret sooo much after eating like before. So if you want to lose weight do something healthy !!!

Did it for 4 days and it did absolutely nothing. Except leave me hungry and feeling pretty exhausted. I was also working out during those 4 days for 30-40 minutes each day&had salad&spinach with the eggs.
personally I think the only thing people lose is water weight&u don’t need eggs for that.🤷🏼‍♀️
Maybe it only works for ppl with a fast metabolism, I don’t know. For me it didn’t do shit😅
