Males are still respected by women, but women are not even given bare min. Respect by males and his parents

1st point) Only men do glorifying work. Women have been carrying the responsibility of carrying and nurturing the future generations for ages (birthing and upbringing of kids) which was neither appreciated nor compensated. I don't think it is an easier task. Let alone birthing and having the patience to raise kids, men cant even bear the pain of mensuration. In Europe and west, the mundane jobs like cleaning and cooking are quite expensive even if maid is hired because these jobs are a part of GDP. In some cases, the cleaner gets almost the same salary as a primary/high school teacher or even more if they put more hours. So household chores are divided accordingly if both are male and female are working.

2nd point) I disagree about appreciation that no one is getting it. In our society, male children are always preferred over females even if they are difficult to raise. At least it is valid for millennial and some of the Gen Z people who were raised this way. Men get their due appreciation if they are earning above a certain level or have a certain status, which they would do either way because they are supposed to do it. They don't have to go out and try earning their appreciation at workplace while birthing and raising kids at the same time, and then remaining average in both cases and being shamed for it like women :(

The solution can come from within. Appreciating all family members for their tiny good things / work and avoid self need of appreciation from anyone.

In indian society men do get respect and appreciation in their homes and society if they are married, having kids and earning even not so decent amount of money. But women are not appreciated and even considered a burden in her own family and sasuraal also. Even though she creates new human lives after suffering so much pain during her pregnancy, delivery, monthly menstrual cycles and damage to her physical and mental health due to raising small kids, her all of these achievements are ignored and taken for granted purposely. Moreover, if someone doesn't get appreciation but gets money then his pain of not getting appreciation goes away. But in case of women neither she gets appreciation for her contribution, nor she gets money for her hardwork and all her sacrifices in indian society. This is societal injustice . And injustice always brings unhappiness, pain, crimes, diseases and all kinds of addiction in homes as well as society at large. In the end karma takes its toll on perpetrators as well as innocent people. Gehu k saath ghun bhi pista h. So don't be silent onlookers of injustice.

Even in the most sexy jobs that men from top league institutes like IIT or IIM do such as investments or consulting win praise only when there is huge PnL generated. Otherwise no matter what effort is put, many men even in such professions could go days without much glory. System nowadays doesnt appreciate hard work or even knowledge much so long as there ia no substnatial PnL
