My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed 15 metres away while she was inside. She was displaced from the driving seat to the passenger seat. I thank God she survived without any injuries except swellings. After checkups, the baby is 100% okay. God is great.

NEW MOM PSA: Needed this - As a new mom with a wild PPD story (that God is shaping into a beautiful testimony!) - I felt very unseen the first 6 months of my introduction to parenthood. My extended family just was not in the right place to assist me, which left me literally washing bottles at 3 AM after hosting, cleaning, feeding them all (while still healing my body, 2 weeks post partum) and then when the involuntary hospital trip came, I felt so betrayed. I was bitter, angry, felt hopeless and abandoned. But! GOD!
He walked and sat with me during my Paul season. Now I set the boundaries and communicate my needs to others with grace, but the best part is, I need less from people now because God is my portion and won't ever let your well run dry ♥

I've volunteered in my church for over ten years and I never get thanked or recognised for my efforts.
Yet some of the "favourite" people in the church are constantly being praised.
I rarely go to church now

Oh thank you for reminding me!!! I was starting to get selfish & worldly feeling like I needed recognition for what I was doing on my own.. because God made me this way. Not for praise!!! I’m so ashamed i got to the point of feeling down & like i needed praise!! That was nothing but the devil creeping in!! It’s difficult at times because you don’t even realize you’re at war with enemy & he can so easily slip in at anytime.
