problem is ive done it for so long I've accidentally memorized basically the calories in almost everything

Those calories makes me crazy.. When i eat i see on my plate only numbers portions and macros. I cant say when I'm hungry really or it's just time to eat.... sometimes I say to my self to stop that BS because it doesn't matter how many calories but what matters is what i can adsorb to nourish my body.... but that's hard. How do you know how many calories in an egg or cheese or meat.... all of those numbers just numbers without any sense... One day a man desided to invent those numbers and now It ruins people's lives
