Yoga can be an important part of managing your diabetes. It can help keep your blood sugar levels steady and even help lower your chances of getting the disease in the first place.
For example : Sasangasana , Mandukasana, Bhujangasana.

Practising these asanas very slowly with awareness of your breathing regularly and repeating them every day can be very helpful to prevent and treat diabetes.

Myfirst day ..Lucky I came here I was struggling with my gas trouble because I ate cashews too much both my back side under the shoulders and throughout my both knees up to the foot. Oh my God after this 30 minutes a complete relieve. God bless you

This is very good to the extent that it is just “ GOOD EXERCISE” and in addition to stretching muscles and moving muscles and joints just like any other stretching exercise AND NOTHING MORE, .DIABETES an endocrine dysfunction due to shortage of INSULIN in the body which let the sugar level in ththe blood to tprise and causing disruption to almost all body systems, and is very complex .
