Nice video. Thank you. Tell me minimum and maximum repetitions of each asanas. I have seen other videos in Ardh Matsyendrasana, hands must be on opposite legs when right leg folded, left hand should be on outer knee. Please clarify.

Excellent, but ma'am i have knee problem and been advised by the doctor to not fold my knee, so can i do these pose by keeping my knees straight where ever possible
