Morning routine for diabetes:
1. Dipraghmatic breathing.
2. aamla and haldi powder drink.
3. Overnight soaked methi seeds water. Gulp the seeds.
4. Yoga aasanas.
5. Calf muscles are like 2nd heart. Walk 30 minutes twice a day.
6. Low carb diet
7. Be mindfull. Less stressed you are, lesser food cravings.
My personal additions:

DEEP and Sound sleep .
Honey, lemon, apple cider vinegar drink empty stomach.
Include chia seeds in varius dishes.

QUESTION: Type 2 diabetes. Per Dr.Hansaji, drink 1st thing in the morning and have breakfast within1 hr from wake up. So, take all those drinks (amla, okra water, methi water, vinegar water, etc)on same morning after wake up? OR OK to mix them all and drink ? OR what is the time gap between the drinks, prior to 2 breakfast?
Is there any timing schedule / day on when I should drink them ?
