Thank you so much for this! I started doing your Pilates Challenge about a month ago and I can see and feel the difference. When I first started I wasn’t able to do the exercises for the whole minute, but with time and effort, I am now able to complete each exercise. Your videos have been a real game changer for me, not only physically but emotionally and mentally.

Oh my goodness! Usually when i do peoples core pilates videos they are done so fast that its more cardio then resistance training and pilates! But this is literally the best pikates video ive ever done!!! Thanm you!

4 Day ✅ I have replaced the last exercise with another exercise
5 Day ✅

7 Day ✅ A week completed!!! I see strong results, my belly circumference before 90 or 87 became 77!! And the waist circumference was 76, it became 71, I can't believe it!!!!

Day 1: ✅ I did it haha even tough it was a little bit hard!
Day 2: ✅ It was much easier today!
Day 3: ✅ It was very easy today!
Day 4: ✅ It was child's play today ahahah!
Day 5: ✅ It was very easy.

Day 7: ✅ As a last day I can really say that I see results!

Question! Do you only do a short few minutes a day, or do you combine these to do 20-30 mins a day? I'm curious because I'm used to doing at least 20-30 mins of workout a day but wondering if that's even necessary, as long as I'm moving around doing active stuff all day and not just sitting at a desk?
