Postpartum Pilates For Pelvic Floor & Core (STOP LEAKING!)

Показать описание
Today we are doing a 20-minute postpartum pilates class for pelvic floor and core healing! One study showed that postnatal pilates was more effective than kegels alone to fix postpartum incontinence (or leaking a little when you sneeze or jump). If you have diastasis recti or have recently been cleared to exercise after a c-section, use the easier option/modifications.

great vid! i worked out out to this while cryinggg its just crazy how much your body changes after pregnancy. i was so fit and strong before getting pregnant, my pregnancy came with complications. my baby is nearly 2 and my body is so weak from being pregnant and labour, doing these exercises were hard for me. It can be so tough mentally from going to one extreme to another (with me i was so fit, so strong, pain free. Now i have to be careful with everything i do, getting out of bed the 'wrong' way can fuck me up for days going up an escalator does the same, getting out of the car.)It is crazy. Im going to stick to your workouts and pray that i can become strong again.

This workout video made a lot of difference for me! I feel like my pelvic floor muscles and core strength almost came back to what it was before pregnancy. Also, no more lower back pain or full body aches for that matter! I am constantly coming back to this video for restoring my strength. Thank you is an understatement. ❤

I love this video and have worked out to it countless times. I would LOVE to see more pilates workouts that specifically target improving (or better yet) eliminating incontinence postpartum. I had my child over 2 years ago still have incontinence episodes. Mostly when I run and/or sneeze. Sneezing is the big one. If you had a challenge that targeted healing incontinence, I would be all over that! Thank you for all of the work you do on this channel!

Wow! This promising! Although, I could have used it a few decades ago. After childbirth, in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s I first developed the problem and it has gotten worse over time. I have just started doing pilates and found this video. I also followed the link to the evidence and an encouraged by it. Sadly! 😂 Pilates, which I just started because of my hypermobile joints, makes me pee in my pants, so to know what to add to my routine so that I fix that problem is exciting!
