People will find any excuse nowadays just to keep themselves away from the gym and becoming healthy... It's so sad. If only they had that feeling of being fit for just one day, their mindset would totally change. Just eat less and burn more calories.. BE ON A DEFICIT haha it's not that hard.

Other staple options could include pasta (eg buckwheat for gluten free option), and sweet potatoes.  For tomato/pasta sauce, it's fun to make your own.  You'll need a small cheap blender, and some dried herbs.

he just described my diet, just ate some sweet potato mash, rice and salmon, banana nuts in yogurt, and porridge (oatmeal) etc and im still loosing weight and hit two pr's in a row on squats and deadlift
