Day 59 of the 75 Hard Challenge!

Rules:
1) Work out twice a day for 45 minutes each time. One workout must be outside, regardless of weather conditions.
2) Follow a strict diet with no cheat meals or alcohol.
3) Drink 1 gallon (3.8 liters) of water every day.
4) Read 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-development book every day.
5) Take a progress picture every day.
6) No days off or excuses allowed.
