Guys just a very simple request to you all don't follow anything you see online because these challenges are only for those fitness trainers and they are the ones who are promoting this challenge have tou ever seen doctors making such videos listen drinking one gallon is good, reading is just awesome for overall mental health but sticking to the same diet and 45-45 minutes of workout for 75 days is not healthy for beginners because this much of workout will be adjusted in such bodies who are habitual of doing long hour workouts else if you people will do it it will give you severe muscle pain(remember muscles will hurt obviously you will feel pain as a beginner and its a good pain but if you talk about this pain which you will get after doing such long workouts then its harmful for you it will give you sprains and your body will get side-effects because your whole body cannot adjust with that)

I think of trying it from tomorrow then I recalled.I am a PhD student who work around 10 hours a day, Who live on her own so has household chores, has a YouTube channel to serve her community then have a small personal life too...Doing 2 exercises is a dream for me ...Even 20 mins a day makes me happy ....I think these are possible for those who are not into multiple work and struggle to find work life balance, Can't afford time to cook 3 meals a day, Forced to feed on canteen ka khana, Have numerous research papers to read finding time and motivation to read any non fiction I don't have. So I am thinking to tweak this hard challenge a bit ...Coz for chasing perfection I won't start ever

1. Workout for 45 mins two times a day.
2. One of the work out outdoor
3. Drink 3.8ltr of water
4. Healthy diet for 75days
5. Read 10 pages of non fiction books
6. Take a progress selfie of yourself every day.

Do you know? I watch this whole series again and again to keep myself motivated when it comes to food. I can workout I can wake up at 5 but sometimes I want to eat a dessert or a junk food. This series helps me keep on track. Thank you for this ❤

75 Day challenge
1 & 2 . 6 things everyday without fail + 2 workouts atleast 45 min each( one of which has to be outdoors)
3. 1 Gallon = 3.8ltr water
4. any healthy diet of ur choice and stick to it for 75 days. No alcohol, no cheat days, no smoking
5. read 10 pages of non fiction book
6. take progress selfie everyday
day skipped? or task missed ? restart to day 1.
