From February 16th-May 1st, I participated in the 75 hard challenge. This is my experience, tips, and advice if you are considering giving it a go! It was an experience that changed me both mentally and physically, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to get active and build better habits.

I’m planning on starting 75 hard the day after my husband deploys. I want to make sure I’m not getting into bad habits out of loneliness, and I want my daughter to see what a healthy routine looks like. My husband has always been a weightlifter, and I would like to do a fitness competition with him when he comes home. So glad this video was recommended to me now 😊

I am currently on day 12 of 75 hard and I must say i feel like some of the tasks are aimed towards limiting screen time (I say sat on YouTube haha) but the reading, walking and being outdoors feel like im so much more connected and slowly taking a step away from screen time in my down time :) anyway thanks for postin! Super helpful

It's 2024 and I'm doing 75 Hard. I would suggest you read the Andy Frisella 75Hard book. He explains how this is not a weight loss challenge. This is about mental toughness. Congratulations if you completed the program.🎉

I just “completed” 75 HARD - ish. Always been more ish-ish lol

I always got my 90 minutes, always at least 45 minutes outside. Sometimes my workouts weren’t perfectly 45 and 45- always 90 min or more. Split into different tones of day….

Food no mainline sugar bottom line, and focus on healthy eating. Done. ✔️
Always had issues with sugar, and this challenge helped so much.

Reading 10 pages non fiction yes, but split up sometimes.

No alcohol ( I don’t drink) easy.

Water 💧 was pretty easy sometimes I forgot how many cups I had drank l 😮

The picture - I forgot 3-4 times during challenge and just did it the next day 😀🤩

I’m starting again yesterday was day 75,

So either today or tmrw I start again…….. this time hoping to do more 75 Hard, less ish.

I’ve never done well with black and white l perfectionistic stuff but I love to have a high goal and do my best. ❤

Thanks for this video!

I’ve completed 75Hard twice and planning on doing it again Aug 1st. This video was comprehensive and amazing to watch you stay true and not cut corners but know what your body/lifestyle needs. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hey! I struggled with having a smaller water bottle so I’ve kept a big gallon with me and that makes it easier. Watching these videos has been so helpful on my own 75 hard journey so thank you for doing this ❤

currently on the 7th day #75hard challenge 😊. as for the outside workout you can mix it up, u can ran halfway & do yoga, so long as its 45 minutes

The alcohol part would be the easiest, the workout twice a day would be the hardest, when the weather is rubbish or period is on.

LOL that 1 gallon water bottle you put up on screen is the EXACT water bottle I have! Even the same colour 😂 I feel attacked

I've started last week and am uploading every day about it. It's definitely a lot of work but it's so worth it already 🔥

Congrats on finishing! You're amazing! I assume the exercises are time based and not exertion or calorie based because you have to do it everyday with no day to let your body rest, so going hard 3-5 times per week, and on the other days you can go for a walk or do yoga or pilates and do something a bit less intense as active recovery instead sounds like it gives flexibility while still allowing you to listen to your body. I hate how it's two 45 minute workouts that you can't do back to back, but has to be 3 hours apart. 😑 You really have to plan ahead.

How could people say that a walk isn't a workout? Most professional athletes don't do 2 demanding workouts per day!

I’m so on the fence right now.. starting in the summer is making the no drinking part feel impossible 😅
