Workout log and grocery list as well as preparing all food (incl. bread btw) myself. So, two of three as sleep often is an issue. There are weeks with no problems at all but the last couple of days falling asleep was a total pain in the a-- Nothing special on my mind, no smartphone/screen stuff, no caffeine, nothing - yet I lay there and sleep doesn't come. Luckily this only happens every now and then and gets back to normal after some time. Anyway - still have to work on going to bed earlier as I feel my normal 6h are just not enough.

Apart from all that personal comment stuff - thanks, Matt. Your videos are alway a total pleasure and many of your tips helped me improve my workouts!

I work multiple days a week completely different times...especially now in summer more nightshifts. Well I will focus on improving it a little bit and make it better.

Out of all the times i've seen that handstand thumbnail, i've never once seen you execute a handstand push up or any hand stand variation

To sleep, no caffeine or other stimulent after lunch 12 o'clock. Do long held stretch. 5 mn each pause. You'll sleep like a baby.

Matt I have a problem. Months ago i was in perfect condition from calisthenics then I hit a plateau and stopped working out for 3 months. Now I’m finally ready to get back in shape but for some reason I feel no fatigue with my pushups. The only thing I feel is “The Pump”. What can I do to fix this problem?

Wish I could do more than 1x 👍
1. Aaaugh! Yeah, I know. So hard to make yourself go to sleep on time. I tell myself that my workout is wasted unless I sleep enough to rebuild the muscle.
2. I didn't get consistent with my workout until I started logging. I just keep a text file on my computer but it works for me.
3. How did I end up with so many things in my cart that's not on my list...?
