Wow!!! I just did it a little bit and already feel less pain than 5 minutes ago! You guys have seriously been more help to me than almost anything. My pain isn’t gone, but definitely a difference! Thank you so much!

They were recommended by my spinal surgeon for the neck pain I've been suffering for several years due to cervical disc protrusions. Having exhausted almost every remedy (all mostly unsuccessful with only minor temporary relief) except undergoing major surgery on my neck with its attendant risks, I am glad I am here to start with their program. This basic neck exercise is already giving me some relief and I plan to go through most of their videos and follow through. So far, so good and many thanks.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck a few months ago that caused severe pain which radiated in two directions. It went into my collar bone and up the side of my head!! It started on a long weekend, so I couldn't consult a doctor or my physical therapist. I wasn't even looking for a video, but one of yours popped up in my feed. It was similar to this exercise but standing against a wall. I did it every 1-2 hours and my pain was cut in half by the end of the day. I was astonished.
I find that the more press ups I do for my back, the more I need exercises for my neck. I'm so grateful to you guys for the help I've gotten the past couple years from your videos. And I really miss Bob. 😊❤

I realize this is an older video, but I looked you up to say thank-you and thank God for you. I found 3 exercise/stretch videos that have thoroughly helped my problem with my dics on my very lower back. You have saved me from losing $200 missing work to see a doctor that would only refer me to a physical therapist. After, ofcourse, they try to put me on pills, which I would refuse. Thank-you so much for your videos. Godspeed gentleman.

Bob and Brad, I can’t thank you enough for all of your videos!!! I’d been embarrassed about my back, and also having neck problems. I started with some back curvature as a kid because of the removal of a large tumor and two ribs. (It surrounded those ribs.) Then radiation followed, that caused some spine curvature. However, I’m sure poor posture contributed to my curved spine and forward neck. Also, I spent quite a bit of time in front of a computer for my job. I started watching your videos, three years ago, after retirement. I started doing the exercises. I have progressed from not being able to lie on a carpeted floor with layers of a comforter for cushioning, to using the foam roller and back pod. I use both three times a day. I still don’t feel like my back and neck are stable, yet, so I’ll keep at it. I’m sure I need to do more of the exercises, as well. My neck and back look and feel so much better!!! I just can’t thank you enough!!! P. S. I may see a PT so he/she can tell me what I need to do to make this more stable/permanent.

I’ve been having upper back and neck pain for weeks now and this is the first thing that’s given me any relief. When I did this exercise for the first time I almost cried because of how intensely good it felt. Thank you so much!

Neck pain now for two weeks. It started from stress and now it's still aggravated.
I am glad I found this video which reminded me you had a neck pain playlist. "Touchdown!"
So excited. Your videos are so helpful. Thank you. 🙏

Wow! My neck has been hurting for weeks. Instant relief while watching this video. Will continue exercise throughout each day to prevent further pain (and hopefully avoid the hunched shoulders that my mother has).

I’ve had such bad posture that messed with my upper back, pinched a nerve that made my whole arm go numb, and gave me carpal tunnel syndrome. No surgery, I’m slowly fixing the situation. These W shapes are key. I do them all the time. I’ll add the Y to the mix. Thanks B&B.

This really helped with the first try. I work long hours typing verbatim live speech and have five minutes to stretch after 45 minutes of listening and typing. I'll watch the series to learn more, but this was easy and effective! Thanks, guys!

I'm an avid gym goer who is also a desk worker/cell phone addict. Tried using a baseball to get the knot our in either my levator or rhomboid but didn't work completely. This helped so much.

Thank you so much for this content. I also appreciate you highlighting the cause of bad posture. I didn’t know that at all and now I’ll be more aware. 🤯
