When I went through the video to preview the exercises, I thought well... there's nothing "killer" about them. Then, I did them...I literally wasn't just on fire, but went to Hell! You sure delivered Heather!

I have done this quick ab workout as a finisher to my longer ones and man it gives me the burn in my abs to finish strong!
