It won’t taste as good with the protein in it. Truest statement ever. Learning to prepare food for taste lets you satisfy the desire with less food and calories. Then load up on the roasted chicken and fish with herbs and seasonings. Very satisfying and balanced.

My fav dessert yopro Greek yoghurt with chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and frozen strawberries. If calories allow, I melt a square of lindt chocolate and swirl it on top. So good!

Excellent point. I will try this! There is nothing more miserable that eating a sweet treat with a chalky protein aftertaste 😢

great points Cory! Add a little more beef, chicken, fish, even whey protein to my smoothie or greek yogurt. Something I'm already consuming. Not fake protein adds.

i add cereal (my sweet/dessert) to my protein shake (usually just vanilla/choco) so it's not TOO bad since I'm such a fan of sugary cereal

I don't agree. I find it much easier, pleasant and convenient to eat multiple portions of "protein pudding" every day. That is, protein powder mixed with water and cocoa/matcha/turmeric etc., topped with fruits, seeds and nuts.

Drink a protein shake... taste good and easy and not so expensiv like eggs meat etc... 😂 add protein powder to your oatmeals m, yoghurt it tastes good... 🎉 and yes you can also add more chicken than before... a good mix is key ❤

You can have a very good desert with a but of extra protein. There's no mistake there. The mistake is when people put nit even too much protein per se, but too much protein powder in anything

I agree for the most part. Hitting the right tastebuds keeps food stimulating. But my orange juice banana fruit smoothies became way more satiating with a little protein powder. I like chlorella because it's a whole organism that's 2/3 protein. And pumpkin seed protein is packed with zinc. But whichever protein source you can get as long as you're getting at least 56 grams for a 5'10" male at 155lbs.

I have the opposite problem, I can eat 250 grams of protein no problem. I probably could eat more if I allowed myself.

I don’t know, maybe I’m weird but I love protein bites, cookies and snacks like that. I can’t tolerate lentils or beans so protein powders are helpful and I absolutely love protein shakes or smoothies.
