Hello Sarah, for many years off and on I have tried meditation. Read about it, been to Mindfulness classes, tried various audio sessions, but yours is the very first one I have sat and listened to right through and experienced wonderful ‘ in the moment peace ‘ especially near the end when you talked about perception and sixth sense. It was at this point that tears started to flow and I can honestly say that I know I was in the present moment. The past and the present were gone. Thank you so much, and can I just say that the background sounds for me were so beautiful and helpful in bringing about that state of mind. With love 💕

I feel like this is perfect for INFJs in particular! It helps us ground into the present using our senses and then opens up opportunities for our intuition to flow.

If I heard that background noise from my window I’d move to a different room some noises can really agitate older peoples ears I turned this off as it’s I found that noise unbearable.
