Is it still as simple as an “eat less, move more” approach!

This honestly will depend on the person and their daily nutrition and exercise routine!

I come across many people who are trying to “eat less, and move more” with no results to show for it!!

So here’s a few tips!

1. Move adequately- aim for 3-5 intense weight training sessions weekly

2. Walk a lot- walk as much as you possibly can.

*** no need to totally crush yourself with super intense workouts constantly . This just increases stress beyond what the body might be able to handle.

3. Eat less Low Quality food- eating less nutritionally poor food will save you a ton of calories, and ton of cravings for more nutritionally poor food!

4. Eat More Nutrient Dense, Calorie Poor Foods- eating more high volume lean proteins, veggies, berries, and complex carbs can actually allow you to eat a lot more, with a lower calorie intake.

***this will also nourish your body and skyrocket your energy, recovery, immunity, mood, and ultimately your results!!

So in my opinion….

It’s a matter of move more, eat less junk, eat more quality foods, and watch your body thrive!
