Thank you ma’am! My goal is 150 g of protein every day which is my ideal weight. Strength training has made a huge difference and I’m not even using that heavy of weights yet.

what do you do if you cant reduce calories anymore? if i do, im under 1000/day and its not sustainable. I eat 100-130 grams of protein daily. I workout with kettlebells and Ive hit a wall.

I eat plenty of protein and power lift 3 to 4 times a week and still caint seem to loose some extra fat around the chest and gutvarea🤬🤬

LOVE YOU! How did you work up to doing those deadlifts with your hamstring tendon tear? How long did that take? I have a proximal hamstring tendon tear for 10 years. Every time I try I re injury.

If you eat less train more your inflammation will increase. Both undereating and overtraining is unhealthy.
