Body Recomposition is possible!

This is clearly shown in a 2020 research review [1].

Now, it’s worth mentioning that the amount of muscle you can gain while in a deficit is limited. Unless you are a beginner trainee, are overweight, or you are not natural, muscle growth will be slow as you lose fat.

The more advanced you become as a natural trainee, the more you can benefit from a Lean Bulk, in which you purposely eat higher calories and gain weight to facilitate faster muscle growth

Im currently doing this and im definitely losing inches but weighing the exact same weight. That's how i came to this channel and found out about "body recomposition"
