Best thing I’ve ever done for my mental health is
- not to sweat the small stuff
- work hard at NOT worrying about tomorrow. We literally only have the moment we’re in.
- Be grateful

If you can’t get out in nature, the sky is available to all free people. I always look at the sky, if is always like a stunning work of art, day or night. Feeling sun on your face is definitely an extremely enjoyable and essential experience for a happy healthy life.

I am just 4:32 minutes in, and I hear about how the state of our being impacts our food while preparing it.... I "knew" this instinctively 26 years ago, when I refused to handle the raw food when I was upset or angry. It felt right to handle what would go into us, with care and love...

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.

It’s all energy!!! We cook from love we feel love… it’s an opportunity to really check in with oneself and we do that through out the day… mantra is my ritual 🙏

I am... open minded, but also a toxicologist. I have not found published reviews of evidence that one's systemic cortisol enters the environment at concentrations that are physiologically relevant for other people in the room. Please do feel free to drop a citation for that.

Great and everything, but she leaves out the aspect of normal everyday life e.g. children, feeding times, pets, caregivers.. She speaks in the narrative of a single person with no pressing issues.

Cooking, making a drink etc, should always be done in a calm state. The love you put into it shows the result. I remember being in the kitchen with my mother and she was stressed out while trying to show me how to make a pudding and burnt it. Always prep and have everything ready. Love these doctors. I agree with practicing mindfulness and being thankful for my bed and my feather pillows as I suffer from neck pains. I have been doing calf raises. I get very tired, have painful feet which effects my sleep and want to put my diabetes into remission. I am not coping with medication and the side effects.

Yes a I love walking in my local rainforest for at least one hour a day it's just so relaxing. And then I woke up in the real world.

I don't understand why she stopped meditating, her reason doesn't make sense. The point of meditation is not to do it for only 30 min a day and then stay the same person. This is to be useful throughout the day. You can't be mindful only during meditation, it's suppose to help you for your day, so yes do it for 30 min and continue throughout the day also.

Great talk. It is about time that modern science is linked with ancient knowledge and intuition where so much wisdom about life is already there

I love this conversation and posted on my Twitter page!! I’m from the West Indies 🇧🇸🇧🇸 every time I see someone from the East Indies, I tell them we are cousins. I would love to see more people embracing it for each other, we’re so similar in practices!! 💕☀️💕
