Does anyone else get the game to launch and open but it gets stuck on the sreen it was opened On? Like for example Mortal Kombat XL, everytime I open it it gets stuck on the words "Motral Kombat XL" But you can hear it in the background (the opening cutscene) and I can press buttons and they work. But I cant see what im doing because the screen is frozen. This has been happening after I updated it last night, and it is the same for digital and disc. PLEASE HELP MEEE!

mine doesnt turn off unless i hold the power button, sometimes hdmi doesnt work, and when it does the screen is black it happened after i was playing gta the xbox just froze and when i tried to restart it thats when it glitched and now it doesnt work

yeah I don't know about pressing some buttons on the controller or what ever you were talking about but from my understanding it's a firmware issue the way I fixed my Xbox one 1st Gen was doing a system settings reset keeping games and apps

The only way to fix this problem is throw it in the trash ! But you can temporarily fix this problem . Turn on Xbox hold down the sync button and the disc eject button, this will put Xbox in safe mode, then factory reset the Xbox entirely . Make sure u have passwords and for me this will work fine for a week or two the redo above 👆 again 😢
