How to fix Xbox One not turning on

I tried opening the lid of the xbox but it seemed very stiff

I think my blue strip broke cuz it only powers on with the front panel off only I have click it without the front panel

if it's like this can't you just turn it on with the controller since you don't need to press the power button for that?

You just have to remove the power adapter back and it will work 👍🏻
